Escalation/Sustaining Engineer
We are looking for a talented individual to take point in our customer support efforts. The preferred candidate will have a background in customer service, development engineering and quality assurance. The individual must be able to play a role that encompasses interfacing with, and executing as a member of, each of these teams. This is 3rd level support role and will be dealing with issues that reach the engineering level.
Exposure to multiple operating systems will be a plus. Sound knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix environments, particularly in regards to networking, is required. This is a fast paced, dynamic organization, and you must be prepared to thrive in it.
The candidate will be required to keep up with advances in OS and networking features, particularly as they are implemented and released in our products. This role will have a high level of customer interaction, and will also involve daily interaction with members of the product management and engineering teams.
The selected candidate will be taking responsibility for the bi-directional information flow between product development and our customers, and insuring timely notification and resolution of issues.

OEM Program Manager
Responsibilities:

Maintain and drive project schedule, both internally and externally |

Senior Hardware Design Engineer (Board design)
NetXen Inc., a leading provider of high-performance networking and protocol processing solutions, is looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Design Engineer.
The selected candidate will have responsibility for the specification, design implementation, testing, release to manufacturing, and customer support of complex high-speed networking pc boards for server applications. This includes writing hardware and system specifications, schematic capture (Orcad), FPGA design, system testing, etc. This person needs to work closely with the ASIC design team, firmware and software engineers, product marketing, mechanical and thermal engineers, CAD engineers, lab technicians, production team, offshore development team and contract manufacturer. Senior Quality Engineer
Job Description:
The Sr. QE will be responsible for driving the overall PCBA quality program with the relevant contract manufacturer. General responsibilities include development and implementation of necessary quality management practices, to ensure the highest level of manufacturing quality, from prototype through the full production cycle.
The right candidate must possess strong working knowledge of the PCBA/Manufacturing process and related equipment.
The position requires solid strategic planning focus, excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, and a strong emphasis on process and issue prevention.

Develop comprehensive QA Plan to cover all aspects of Quality Control, including, but not limited to the following: |

Qualifications:
